Education
John S. Adam graduated from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1985. While in law school, he studied International Law at Salzburg University in Salzburg, Austria, through a McGeorge extension program.
While studying law school, he worked as a law clerk to the Sacramento Superior Court Judges for approximately 2 years. Then, he was self-employed as an independent contractor and legal researcher for about 40 individual attorneys and law firms before starting his private practice in Sacramento.
Experience
Today John S. Adam has over 25 years of legal experience devoted exclusively to persons injured in auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, defective products, dog attacks, and dangerous property conditions.
Case Handling
We often bring in other professionals to assist with our clients’ cases, such as private investigators, engineers, accident reconstructionists, accountants, economists, medical doctors, medical experts, court reporters, process servers, and paralegals.
Also, we help clients find quality medical care to treat their injuries in cases where they have no medical insurance. These medical doctors, surgeons, physical therapists, and medical facilities are willing to wait until the end of a case to get paid for their services.
Fees
Finally, when we take an accident injury case, we resolve the client's property damage claim at no charge. Our fee is based on the client's injury case only, and we are paid at the end of the case only if there is a recovery. We advance all case costs to pursue a client's case aggressively.
Most of our work involves handling the Sacramento area’s auto accident and personal injury cases.
